SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Please review the following information carefully. Refunds and returns can only be processed when eligible items are returned using the appropriate method. We regret that we cannot issue a refund for items that are returned after the timeframe indicated below.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At this time, JayJeffers Inc. is offering a single book for presale.
Because this item is sold as a presale, all sales are final once the order has shipped, except in the case of damage or defect (see Damaged Item Policy below).
If a refund is approved prior to shipment, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, plus any applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned items, when applicable, must be in their original condition and packaging.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you are instructed to return an item, return authorization must be obtained prior to shipping the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage or defect. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided at the time return authorization is approved.
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
We do our best to estimate delivery dates for your purchase.
Estimated delivery timing is based on item availability, processing time, and carrier transit time. Shipping timelines begin once the item has shipped, not when the order is placed.

DAMAGED ITEM POLICY
If you receive a book that is damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability and rates vary by destination.
Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
